The product itself isn’t the problem; it’s the absurd charging setup where the cable and the vibrator are supposed to stay connected via a weak magnet, and you can hardly touch either of them without the cable coming loose. For example, you can’t hold the vibrator in your hand, attach the cable, and then place it somewhere to charge. As soon as it’s in the air, the cable disconnects, and when you put it down, it comes loose again. You have to find a perfectly flat position for the cable and the vibrator’s magnets to stay connected. A real shame, as it’s otherwise a good product.
