Medium size turned out to be too small for me, not stimulating enough. this size is good for a beginner. for a more experienced person the Big version might be best. the material seems to be of high quality and durable. the vibrations are great, the bigger vibrations are loud, but it doesn't bother me because i only plan to use the toy at home.
