The design of the product is poor, it may not fit properly and air leakage is likely. The pump is inefficient.

No matter how long you pump, whatever you do, as soon as I take the pump off, the effect disappears. You can hardly see that you have pumped.

It just fell apart and didn't fit well.

Unfortunately, this pump has the valve very close to the base. This means that you can pump it once before the valve is covered by skin and then you cannot pump anymore. I threw it out immediately, unfortunately :(

You have to be wide for it to hold tight

International sites promote this one-size-fits-all. Not true! For an average-sized user, this would be way too big in length and width, which means you would always be creating a vacuum no matter in what position. It was a waste of money!

It works well but for it to really get swollen, you have to have it die for about 20 minutes. Then it can hurt a little to sit for so long. But it's a really nice feeling once it's swollen.

Not always easy to fit down there, but works great once it's on. The material is good and durable. Haven't got much of the described "tingling" sensation yet, but think it can be achieved with a little more experimentation.

Sufficiently sized cup to get that swollen effect you can see on film and well designed to close tightly. However, the bellows for the pump do not fit well and do not create a sufficient vacuum. Got in touch with customer service regarding the bellows that released several times when pumping up a vacuum, got a brand new pump sent to me without any questions so not just the bellows, very good customer service here at Sinful, a big plus to you. Unfortunately, there were no defects in the product but the design is such that the bellows release if you press it properly and do not keep it completely straight against the hose. However, you could not get enough "suction" to get a residual effect by just pumping with the bellows. The saw in a p-film that the guy sucked the air out through the bellows, so we tried that and you got enough suction for the swelling to remain after removing the cup. However, you have to leave the cup on for at least 30min, longer time may be needed, and with a fairly good vacuum to get the swollen effect you are looking for but it is clearly worth it, you can release the vacuum for a few seconds and then build it up again, repeat it several times during these 30min and let the girl control when and how often you will release the vacuum. Remember to build up the vacuum slowly as it can quickly go from comfortable to uncomfortable and painful if the vacuum gets too high.
