I have an underlying disease that makes my pelvic muscles very tight. I use the second largest and largest size not only for dilatation but also for g-spot stimulation: many dildos are either too short or too thick, but the narrower tip design of these is perfect! I often use the smallest dilator for clitoral stimulation, and the next two sizes are dedicated to anal use. So, total value for money! However, I think the first 2 rods are very small, but there are certainly people who need to start with them. However, the smallest can be good to use when pressing on trigger points. Overall they are good, the only negative is the price, and that they start with extremely small sizes. If you have Vaginism, I can highly recommend these.
