I bought this case after owning some of the larger CBX chastity cages. It's actually better that it's smaller as it prevents any growth making it easier to handle an erection.
Easy to put on and not noticeable under clothes. Comfortable and can wear if for days at a time.

After about 2 months of using this and 2 weeks of continuous use I can say that it works well, If you have previous experience or have a slightly smaller "whip" I can recommend it. The package comes with everything you need, from different sized o-rings, to different sized pegs and spacers. If you have no previous experience the instructions are fairly clear with pictures, the lock is sturdier than some competing products but note that at least on mine the lock got water in it and rusted to the point that it would no longer open with a key and I had to twist one of the pins apart to get it open. This only increases the thirst and the dream of an even smaller "cage".
