The times I have tested this, it has not managed to heat the sleeve properly. You may feel a slight difference compared to not using it, but not much. Have still had the sleeve on 10-20 minutes. So compared to putting the sleeve in hot water and letting it heat up completely, it is not worth the money or the effort.

A bit salty but does the job well. Heats up the inside of the fleshlight and could heat up even hotter. Easy to use nothing more than a flesu in here for a while and then a slider and when pushed in the gorgeous warm sleeve pumps the loads out with great responsiveness at least the STU model. Other inserts still need to be tried :)))

Bought this as a heater for my sleeve, but the diameter is way too small. Also, it turns off way too soon. But it can warm up the sleeve if you hold it while it warms up.
