I recommend two 20 mm instead of one 40 mm. I start by putting one on and keep it on for a while, before putting the other one on as well. When you get used to it, you can also buy a 40 mm and then gradually add another 20 mm, etc. The more the scrotum is stretched, the hornier you get and the orgasms feel incredibly good.

After my initial scepticism, I am very positively surprised by the pleasantness of the product. I have been using the 30 mm, 415 gram weight and have used it during the day for everyday activities such as driving, chopping wood, walking, shopping and so on. Slip-on lubricants are a very poor choice for application, as almost 90% of them become sticky over time as they mix with skin oils and sweat. So I'd advocate using grease for this. It is also worth bearing in mind that if the wearer is of the sturdier or thighier variety, there may be very uncomfortable jerks in the outer ring of the weight, which will most certainly result in very painful sensations. In my case, my testicles got used to the extra weight surprisingly quickly, so that with prolonged use the sensations were mainly just tingling and slight discomfort. I am new to using Stretchers and I chose a 20mm and a 30mm. And I am really surprised at how great the quality is and how comfortable it is to wear. And I have been wearing it, both at work and for leisure activities. So I can 100% recommend this product. However, I would recommend that if your testicles are not as big as mine, start with a 20mm.

I bought the biggest version. There is some weight, but the edges are a bit too "sharp". If you use a thin tyre under the weight, more comfortable to hold for longer. Kuuskolo key size 5, which is not the most common size. Not worth discarding, as impossible to get the testicles between the weight without the key. I recommend using a lubricant. Erection is certainly strengthened by this. I recommend.
