The handles are handy. The cushion gives just the right position to get as deep as possible. The downside is the effort and slowness of filling, but there would be no room for a similar cushion to store what cannot be emptied.

A nice addition to the party. Provides much better support for postures than a normal pillow. The cushion broke after a few uses, but we quickly got a new one.

A fun gadget - a few positions tested and seems to work in a variety of positions and locations. Also found a couple of positions where the cushion wasn't really useful and at least got a few laughs. A fun pick-me-up that will bring variety and new adventures to a long relationship!

Have not had time to test so much, but we have had some difficulty using it in any good way. However, it feels solid and well worth testing for the price.

This positioning cushion does what it's supposed to do, you get some great new angles for the more traditional sex positions, especially from behind, as it provides good support and heightened pleasure. Highly recommended.

Great cushion. Matreale and quality is very good. Comes with "patch cases". Can be difficult/hard to inflate. Pump recommended.

The inflatable pillow has a comfortable material on the outside, and does its job. You get a little more than you pay for :)

Incredibly good pillow that both me and my girl do not want to be without now that we have tested it! Makes it easier to access and the support it provides makes it easier and much more comfortable.

Anyone doing anything other than missionary work should get one of these or something similar. They have tried to make constructions with pillows and quilts but it just becomes an uncomfortable lump that does not provide anything positive at all. So simple and good with this, especially with the handles. I should have bought it earlier, then maybe my back would have survived? Seriously, this should be included in your first or second purchase of sex toys. It is also easy to integrate into many games and positions that it was not originally intended for. Will buy several models. The disadvantage of them is that it is just a balloon, the lifespan can be drastically shortened if you are a little careless. It is absolutely durable for what they promise on the box. The ease of taking the balloon cushion with you of course outweighs that a bit. I compare it to benches or foam-filled cushions.

We are very pleased with this cushion. It helps you to relax in positions that might otherwise be perceived as a bit strenuous. It has a comfortable surface and it's great that it takes up little space to store.

The mattress helps and relieves pressure in many positions It's a high quality mattress like old-fashioned air mattresses. If it's something you use a lot, I would choose the ex liberator wedge sex pillow instead. But for occasional use, it's practical and stable, and of excellent quality. Will use either an air pump or compressor to inflate it so the air doesn't escape from the >ham< before play starts

I have long wanted to try a positioning cushion but they have felt expensive but this one was cheap and good for testing. We are very satisfied and it becomes easier to relax and I can access new ways and places which according to the wife is very appreciated. It feels good to have support and extra height that allows us to reach the right place. Our imagination and creativity will be put to the test as we continue to play.

The cushion is easy to clean after use and can easily withstand a trip to the bath or shower, where we have used it several times. The cushion is a great buy at a good price. We recommend using an air pump, otherwise it takes far too long to inflate it before it is ready for use (Sinful should find an electric air pump as an offer to their customers as more and more products need to be inflated) The pillow should be standard in every household, so just buy it.
