Hi, this product is certainly good stuff, but as someone else writes here, I didn't get my penis inside it either. There you see the importance of reading some reviews, it says further down that the plastic part is 5cm internal dimensions, and then you have to have both the sleeve and the equipment inside at once. So... this was a missed opportunity and unfortunately it's going in the bin. It may be a good fit for some, but not here.
