We’ve previously bought both the largest model from ManCage and the biggest one from CB-X. Even though the measurements suggested they were the right size, we didn’t think they fit very well. We’re very pleased with this slightly smaller model. We also bought extra-large rings, but again, the smaller size fits better. Now it fits perfectly (= the guy’s happy) and there’s no room to grow in the cage (= the girl’s happy). He’s been able to wear it for several days in a row. Works ok when you use it only in connection with play. For me, however, it does not fit at all when you have to urinate, on the cage itself there is a part that, for me, goes down over the pee hole. It's not super comfortable, or easy to deal with. But it works, and as a first step into something new, it feels affordable. I had to buy the extra set of rings to get the largest size not included in the "smaller models". It is not very small though, 9cm + the gap from the ring and the "spacer", gives somewhere between 10 and 13, which is more than I, and I think most people need (however, not particularly abundant in the diameter)....
