Recently I became acquainted with NOIR HANDMADE and I have been blown all the way back - it is wetlook in the very highest quality. SO soft and really good fit. This dress closes with a small hook on the side and is super naughty with a choker, but also a good "beginner dress"! Despite the very deep cut, it works fine and sits nicely, even if you do not have a large bosom.
