I've had two of this butt plug, as the first one simply wouldn't switch on. Sinful was nice enough to exchange it for a new one without any problems, but the new one doesn't work optimally either. The batteries have to fit very precisely in both parts for it to switch on. This makes me almost nervous about using it, as I don't want them to lose their connection at a bad time. Having said that, the product itself is very nice and I have also been happy with it when it has been sweet. If you're not that patient, it's probably not the right butt plug for you.
