The set consists of four kegel balls in two different weight classes, allowing you to customise your workouts and results. Start out with the lighter weights and work your way up to the heavier ones at your own pace.

I want to train my pelvic floor and chose to try these. They are easy to insert and keep inside. The only minus is that you can hear them when you walk.
After only a couple of weeks of training with these kegel balls, I already feel that I have a stronger pelvic floor and enjoy stronger orgasms.

The design of these balls is as beautiful as the materials. A silky soft surface, makes the balls easy to insert. The balls can be taken out of the sleeve to create more variation in terms of weight and size during training - which also facilitates cleaning after use. Have had the balls for only a few weeks, but have already come into better contact with my pelvic floor and feel stronger and more in control. I bought the balls as my second set of balls because I wanted more challenge. The weight of the balls is good, but the size could perhaps be even smaller without the weight dropping. This would make training more challenging. The quality of the balls is good, and the thin wire is handy, because you can even go for a walk with the balls inside without the wire being visible or disturbing. The inner balls rotate comfortably inside the outer balls, for example when walking, but they do not make a loud noise to others. I also think the price-performance ratio is good. Plus good packaging, a storage bag and two balls of different sizes.
