I'll be glad I did, once I got the Spreader fitted it was easy. The entire sheet through the single ring and then one through each of the two remaining rings. Stays firmly in place during the entire sheet lay. Definitely something I enjoy using.

First of all, I have to say that I have not been able to get this product to work as the manufacturer may have intended. When I have put the product in place as designed, with the circular ring tucked into the erection ring and the oval rings behind the testicles, the oval rings do not stay in place and the testicles escape from them, with a slight sting of course. Well then, with this toy, it seems to become a constant fiddling around, pushing the testicles through the rings again and again. But... I tried this toy in a slightly different way and first put both testicles through that circular ring, placing it right at the root of the scrotum and then put the testicles through those oval rings and ahhh.... Voila! This way the testicles are very tight in a nice squeeze, which in itself didn't create any pain for me yet but a very nice pressure and especially the orgasm becomes a little and maybe more difficult to pump. Men know what I'm talking about and if you don't, I recommend you try it. In addition, when used like this, it is also very easy to apply pain to the testicles, although now you should be a bit careful, because the compression of the testicles is already tight enough for me that there is hardly any natural elasticity and movement left. For me, at least, simple sharp bone points from the dominatrix were enough to give me a very nice, sharp pain. So I don't recommend the traditional punching/slapping/whipping/kicking movements on the testicles when used in this way anymore, as both testicles are already under pressure and I'm no longer a beginner in testicle pain. A very inexpensive purchase to replace tying with string for a similar experience. Of course tying has its own quirks but sometimes it is nice to correct a bit to save time as these games tend to take more time than the traditional vanilla after the sauna.
