I don't know what the problem was, but the gel is too dense and doesn't come out in any way. But when I opened the jar and used just my finger, the gel works as mentioned.

Ok so, just to get something straight with those that seem confused. This gel is not meant to make anything warm. It's not meant to make anything feel overly tingly. The effect of the gel/lube is very subtle, but oh so good. It is meant to stimulate the nerves of the genital area, as such a small amount if all it really takes on the glans or on the clit to get it to work. Apply it, and get to work like you usually would.
