Honestly... A week later I just bought a cb6000 instead... It says on the product page that it came with a leather belt, but this was something I thought you could take on and off. This belt sits on the belt and the only way to get it off is to cut it off, but then the cage is really quite heavy so you kind of have to have that belt on. I didn't like this. It was a bit tricky to put on, but it's an adjustment thing that you get over once or twice you wear it. The belt has two parts. The ring and the cage, and since it's a metal ring, it's a bit tricky to put on. Also, the last point I'll say is that it's not really very secure. One day I had been a little particularly sticky on the cage and there came the orgasm.
