It is completely in metal which is good feels really quality. the nails are quite sharp which I think is good it hurts a little which is good. you can regulate well with the pressure according to your own wishes of pain.

Very nice cute design, and excellent quality, with nice box and storage bag, for only 169 SEK. Very good choice for a Wartenberg wheel.

A stimulating product, nice to hold onto with loose or hard pressure you will be properly and definitely worth buying if you like a little dominance.

Disappointing. I am used to a Wartenberg wheel I can notice, which prickles, tickles and hurts at the same time. Where you can feel every single little pin-prick. But on this wheel, the spikes are simply too thick (and maybe not pointed enough), so you can hardly feel them. Most of all, it just feels like running a pizza cutter (wheel) over your skin. The material/metal itself seems to be of fine quality; it's just the design that is lacking (in my opinion). A bit pointless. Sorry to say.

Have long been looking for a good Wartenberg wheel, have tried several that I have seen in different stores but all have been too blunt. After reading the reviews about this one, I felt "yes, I finally found the right one", but to my great disappointment, this one was as blunt as the previous ones I tested. What I am looking for and what I am comparing with are the Wartenberg wheels that doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals use to locate nerve damage. They are great! Have tried to find out what which supplier the care sector uses to get such tools, but they have not known or wanted to disclose. So the hunt continues! In addition to the spikes not being sharp enough, it is superb quality in general and it comes with a flexible storage bag! But since the main purpose of the product does not measure up, it unfortunately gets a low rating.

Had really sworn never to buy Fifty Shades products, but this one still seemed like the best option, and I'm happy. Good quality, the spikes are sharp enough, you don’t have to be super careful, but you can still push for good effect.
