These Silver Pleasure Balls – better known as kegel balls - is part of the official Fifty Shades of Grey collection, which was designed in partnership with the one and only E. L. James - the woman behind the bestseller trilogy.

The kegel balls has two purposes, to use for sexual satisfaction with your partner and to train your pelvic floor.

The kegel balls are made from solid metal, which you will notice in the weight. With its 190g, it was also designed for women who already have experience with pelvic exercises using kegel balls.

Start by laying down when the kegel balls are inserted, and once you are strong enough you can walk around while the kegel balls are inserted - exactly as Anastasia Steele did.

The two balls sit in a silicone cord which connects them to a small finger handle. The handle can also function as a stopper, meaning these kegel balls could also be used anally.

We suggest you use a water-based lubricant to insert the kegel balls comfortably.

I use these balls to train the pelvic floor, they are really heavy and provide a challenge for the muscles. I had bought ordinary squeeze balls before, of the heavier kind, but did not have to squeeze at all, they stayed there anyway. But with these, the muscles have to work, otherwise they fall out. I also bought them to try with my partner during intercourse, but they look too big for that, so we haven't tried that yet.

I haven’t tried geisha balls for years, so I thought these would be a tough challenge. Could the reason be my background with a lifelong riding hobby, or is it that the balls are too light/big – because I didn’t notice any benefit from these. On the first use, I went for a jog and tried to jump the rope so as to have them flow/press in order to feel some challenge - no effect, whether with extra lubricant or not.
