The cage itself is perfectly okay. The pattern over the penis itself has lots of edges which means that you get abrasions and lose skin on the penis after about 3 days of constant use. Have a larger than average penis but when it is completely slack it is very easy to escape by pulling the shaft out of the ring then the balls just fall out as well. This can also not be fixed as I use the medium base ring and the smallest is as wide as just my penis. Poor design it should fit well without being so tight that it stops blood flow.

My penis is a coarser and the cage easily fits my large penis. When it then grows there is no room at all, which is painful and very naughty, for both me and my partner. Only one small downside, and that is that the lock has slightly pointed edges and can nibble on the penis. It can be safely solved by buying another padlock. Otherwise a mega cool product that I would definitely recommend.

I've tried the cage a few times. The missus thinks it's naughty with the steel grid that holds hard against the shaft of the cock.
