Good Feeling, But Makes Small Lumps

I used the serum exclusively and only vaginally, as recommended. It provided a good firming sensation and felt comfortable. However, after a while, small clumps began to form, similar to lint or breadcrumbs. This occurs even though I'm not using it with other products. It's not uncomfortable, just a bit strange. Otherwise, I'm satisfied and haven't experienced any irritation.
