With the Jes Extender Titanium you get both the classic Jes Extender, a stylish flight case in aluminium and 2 year full warranty. In addition an extra pair of elongation bars are included, that is a ½ inch longer and makes it easier to follow the extension process. You get everything you need to start with the Jes Extender Titanium.

Hard to put together and put on.
It has many moving parts that may disturb the skin or pubic hair.
It annoyingly presses on the lower abdomen and balls. It doesn’t allow for much blood to circulate to the end of the penis – and that’s if you even manage to thread yourself into the ring.
I had to wrap the pads around the ring themselves so that the skin would not suffer under the pressure. The padding that is included in the package wasn’t of much help.
The product is certainly not inconspicuous, and it is almost impossible to move around with it.
I can’t imagine myself keeping it for over 6h a day – not even an hour.
The product is clearly a cheap deed, and certainly not worth the price.
However, the delivery was fast.

Jes Extender I have started I am happy with my penis which is big and thick naturally often stiff but still I want superficially have at least between 2-3 cm extra therefore I want to use Jes extender but it will be shown in a month if it helped.
It feels comfortable to use in the right way. I would recommend to other guys as well who want to try. In addition, there is a video on Youtube how to use both Swedish and English, it is enough to write Jes extender penis on Youtube then you can watch the video.

Whether this product works, as other reviewers have written, is very individual. I have been very patient, and used Jes for about 2 years. Pretty persistent! My penis has become more virile, it even enjoys being stretched! and it can be seen best when the penis is stiff. Maybe grown a few millimetres in flaccid state. P.S. I am not a measurement man. The coolest thing about this product is the sensation it can give. Advice: save your money!
