It's a decent product, but in my opinion it's overpriced. The quality is ok, it doesn't exactly scream high quality. And the only thing that is made of quality is the device itself, but the bluetooth and the lousy app for this could have been worked on more. The sleeve for this is one of the worst for a device in this price range - after 3 uses, a hole has already been made in the end of the sleeve. The quality of the sleeve I would say is on par with tenga egg, is use and throw (of course gets a few uses, but after 5-6 times there is more throw). The motor in this kiiroo is ok, not exactly a "must have" so to speak. The product is really a waste of money since it is not user-friendly, and reuse is far too poor - since you almost have to keep the sleeve in tip-top condition to prevent it from becoming a money drain. You can buy new sleeves in 5-packs for $50 on kiiroo's website. And another thing, noisy as hell. Is literally a printer this sounds like. Then it's the ease of use I want to talk about now. The user manual for this is just simple, they have forgotten the whole part about refreshing bluetooth on the onyx 2, it is actually possible to refresh it if necessary. By switching it on and holding the button for 8-10 seconds. This is actually what I've been doing all the time since the app keeps disconnecting it - and ends up not wanting to reconnect. So the product has major problems when it comes to connecting. Either the Bluetooth is bad, or the app is completely useless. I actually find that it works better on a smartphone than on a computer, which is a bit bad for the whole product. Not to mention the price for one of these with so many problems in the picture. And there's a lock for the sleeve that they haven't explained anything about, but it's possible to remove a plastic cover that is supposed to keep the sleeve in place - although it may be too difficult to remove for the first time. I find that I sometimes have to use a knife to twist it off. And then there was the whole thing with inserting the sleeve, since the sleeve can seem a bit sticky, it is not easy to insert it into the machine - since they chose to go for rubber/silicone material and this makes the sleeve get stuck all the time. What fixes the problem is to have a long stick or metre stick to push it in. Is quite cumbersome yes. That's why I give the whole product a 2 star in user-friendly. The design of the whole thing is lousy, the idea or the whole concept they are going for is far too poor. Otherwise the product is ok, if you don't mind working hard for a wank. Battery life is about 2 hours, fair enough. The feeling of the product strapped to the penis is meh. To put it this way, manual mode will probably be enough to satisfy, if you have video to follow along with, you might end up with 1 hour. And video is both plus and minus, the engine is much more powerful than on manual mode does, but it seems poorly made. Most of the time it can feel like a blowjob, and then it suddenly stops and then picks up again. Don't know what it is, but doubt it's the bluetooth connection that is the culprit.
