Good shape and just the right softness in my opinion. The "flexible" part is a bit of a sales pitch as it straightens out as soon as you start using it. If this is the reason you’re buying, look elsewhere. Smells quite a lot of plastic but it doesn’t sting like some other smelly toys do. The reason why I gave it a 1/5 in quality is because the suction cup on mine broke during use, did not pull it to get it loose but it just came apart. The suction cup detached from the rest of the kit. Quite annoying .. Could imagine buying it again if it didn’t break so easily.
