Customer reviews (0)Good, a bit rough-edged at first. The Kiotos Steel Ball Stretcher is, in principle, well made. The outer surface in particular is nicely rounded, which makes it comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, the inner edge of the ring is not as well rounded. There are two 45-degree edges there, which can become uncomfortable when the ring presses against the scrotum, especially if you’re not yet very advanced with stretching. I hope this will improve over time. I’m considering rounding off these edges slightly with a fine file. It’s also worth mentioning that the inner diameter is uniformly 35 mm. That just about works for me, though I would find a slightly larger inner diameter more comfortable. Overall, however, I’m satisfied.
Pleasant testicle stretchingGamerDaddy - 21. nov. 2025 This provides a very pleasant stretch for the testicles. The rounded shapes prevent sharp edges from digging in or pinching. The only downside is that putting it in place requires some patience.
ContentSatisfied customer - 18. sep. 2025 Putting it on is a bit tricky at first. Take care not to pinch yourself. Once it’s on, it has a great pull. I went for the 4cm, which was probably a little ambitious. After about a week of regular wear, there were no problems with the size.
this was far too small to put on unfortunately. the weight is fine but had to say I was disappointed this time
Really good experience and feel of this stretcher. However, there is a lack of instructions on how to put it on, which can be a bit challenging.

Needs a bit of getting used to Bought the 30 mm one. It was difficult to get on the first few times, but became easier after a couple of tries, when you figured out how to stretch the scrotum to get around the halves. Expect some blood the first 2-3 times ;-)! After 5-6 times you get the hang of the technique. Shaving is of course a must.
It is super pleasurable to use and really adds a lot during intercourse as the scrotum slaps in the "right" way, the wife appreciates it a lot and it is comfortable even when you just walk around and feel the weight of it.
Good and stable material that feels soft, despite the weight and the metal.
I wish they would change it so that the halves were connected with some kind of hinge mechanism, to make them easier to assemble.
I’m now considering moving up to the next size.
It was a little hard to get on the first time but it was well worth it afterwards. It's perfect when I want him to be compliant. If I want him to think about me for a whole day, I let him go to work with it on. Believe me, it works. With a leash on it and a small whip, there are no limits to what he is willing to do.
I am very satisfied.
