This sleeve is impractically constructed as the upper "nubbed extension" part inside is too narrow (finger width), and if it is not the idea that the penis should go up in it, it is too flexible for sensible use.
On the other hand, it can be used as a dildo cover, and not least to make "come here" movements with 1-2 fingers inserted in the upper part of the sleeve which fills in well, and works ok ;-)

my assessment of this is that one should probably remember to measure its circumference even though it can be extended extended. the last piece is completely impossible to use but we found other fun things we could use it for. super material really soft and beautiful but which extends hopelessly if you are close to the 4 cm in circumference. but as it says buy the one called “liddl extra”.
