it is very small. probably to save on material. it is difficult to clean 100% there will always be a little water at the very back unless you stuff the tip of a towel all the way to the bottom. which over time will destroy it. in addition, I think the teeth are too hard, almost feels almost torn. but if I didn't want a blowjob with teeth I should have chosen one from the nursing home :P (I think if you are creative with a hobby knife you can remove the teeth (it sounds like I'm a serial killer lol)) It gets sticky after a few times. even if you clean it after each time. but just remember to rinse it before use. then it is not sticky. when it comes to the feeling after the teeth. it's okay. a varcuum forms if you go all the way to the bottom because there is no hole all the way through. and it feels okay. so a 4/10 from me.
