It works well. Strong enough to tighten properly without breaking. It is also long and allows for a number of different knots. On the downside, it's a pain to get the cords in the locking mechanism if you accidentally pull them out.

The design of the product means that you have to be ridiculously careful with both pinch points to avoid pinching the skin when tightening. In addition, the ring ends in two pieces of string, which feel relatively sharp for silicone, so you have to be careful not to rub them against your skin during the act. The ring does its job well, the penis and bags are nicely squeezed and the orgasm is nicely powered. Releasing the ring is not really fun, you have to be careful where you hold on to when sliding the clamp open to avoid tightening the other part of the ring at the same time. I thought when I bought it that one whole tyre with two lassos would be more convenient than two separate tyres, but convenient is a word that doesn't describe it.

The double penis ring seems like a great idea, and it is easy to mount around the shaft and testicles. Unfortunately it does not hold how much it is tightened; the locks/knobs do not hold, but slide out after a few seconds so it is no longer suitably tight... PRACTICE!

If you are in doubt about which penis ring is right, then this may be the solution, as it was for me. It is even possible to tighten it as you wish, or just have something that holds the penis and testicles without it having to be very tight. However, it can be a little difficult to tighten completely as it can start to catch in the skin. So be careful and hold back a bit in the right places, then it should probably work! :-)
