If the base of the penis is five cm in diameter (= larger than 15.5 in circumference), it is difficult to put on the ring. It is also important to consider trim the hair around the root of the penis to prevent the ring from tugging at the hair, which can prove painful otherwise.

This is a simple technical solution to a problem that works. You step on it, tighten it as hard as you feel like, and get harder. I am 40+ now, but got as hard as I could get naturally when I was 19. The only problem is that it is made in too small a size. I have to use the outer "jacket" when I put it on, which makes it harder to put on. It needs to be made in sizes for those of us over 5 cm in diameter.
