Depending on what you use it for, a lighter weight is more than enough, this one is quite solid and noticeably heavy. To be able to hang in a nipple clamp for example, the clamp needs to sit very tight.
I would have liked to have seen the hook be shorter, smaller and less angular, otherwise it is a very nice product. I am considering buying another one and expect the one I have to be used a lot and last a long time.
