Points for the idea but the applicability is rather poor. Men's scrotums are usually loose enough that you can put weights, clamps and a variety of rings at the root. This is how it works for this device as well. After that, the best joys of this device are obtained. The loose skin settles between the prongs and does cause chafing and discomfort in those skin spots but that is a fairly modest consolation. If the spikes had instead been directed downwards, they would have brought the pain sensations to the testicles and then success among enthusiasts would also be guaranteed. Now the device pinches in all the wrong places and remains a mere disappointment. I also tried it around the penis and no good. The spikes are far too long, too big and there are too many of them. When erect, my penis noticeably is thicker than the diameter of the device itself. It also naturally doesn't stay in place like a penis cage, so it can't be used except when the sub is stationary. Now, the intended use of the device in my play remains to allow my dominant to press it and its prongs into my genitals for further stimulation but its intended use remains unfulfilled and there are much better toys available for those desired pain sensations. These are excellent toy ideas that the sex world has so far exploited to an annoyingly limited extent and are mostly just custom-made by certain enthusiasts. Those considering purchasing this product should consider where the pain produced will give the desired pleasure. I want it on either the testicle or the penis and therefore this is a disappointing product.

Surely an ingenious product if the size had been right. Seems to me that the diameter is somewhat large for most people. If the testicles twist a little, it simply falls off. So all in all, a bad investment
