In addition to washing, the through hole makes it easy to heat under running water for a more authentic feel. It's made in good quality and doesn't look vulgar when it's in the cupboard. That said, it's not a great experience when you start using it. Have tried a few fleshlights, but they have not felt as realistic as this one. The small detail that the labia still hold on to the penis on the way out is as close as possible to the real thing. However, only with the right lubricant, as a silicone-based one can make it seem dry.
Only minus is that it is a bit too short, as one can easily go all the way through.
