My advice is to start by finding a comfortable suction setting and only then begin the rotations. Most of the rotations are very intense, so if you're not used to it, you might find it daunting. Here, I would advise trying the most intense one and riding the orgasm out (don't turn it off). If you do, you'll have an incredible experience that might open up new ways to achieve satisfaction. I am very pleased with my purchase, and it gets plenty of use! REMEMBER the lubricant (not because it hurts otherwise), but it helps with the rotation and minimizes wear on the toy!

I was initially sceptical, but after testing it, I must say it exceeded my expectations. A very effective suction and movement feature that can be adjusted to suit what works best.
