The first time I tried it, I felt it, but that's because it was the first time and I did not really get it inside properly. The positive: it's super flexible once it's inside! Does not leak, can’t feel it, easy to remove and easy to clean! So nice that you don’t get as dry as you get from tampons, and it feels more pleasant than using a pad! It doesn’t feel like a diaper.
