So far I've tried a few different devices and this is probably the worst one I've used overall. There were no instructions included at all, apart from the short texts on the side of the package. The insert itself seemed really cheap. The vibrations were quite dull and in the areas where they were felt, they were by no means mind-blowing. You hardly even noticed the balls inside unless you pressed the device sideways. The pearls didn't feel good at all, though. There was no suction at all. If it wasn't for the intimate product, I would definitely return this as a poor quality product.
