Immediately after putting on the spray, the feeling is tingling, but this goes away in a few minutes. The actual effect starts in about ten minutes, so it is a good idea to wait a little.

It becomes a stimulating feeling in the anus like a little tickling heat ..., after a while maybe 5-10min the anus is a bit numb and relaxed, if you lick afterwards it can feel a bit numb on the tongue, the same on the penis if you don’t use a condom, can be an advantage maybe if you come fast, but I mostly use condoms for anal.
