Good quality, it goes down smoothly. The ring is a bit small for me (I bought the "large" one) so I can just about fit it fully with a relaxed member.
But when the ring is on and the blood starts to flow, the tip begins to press against the outer bar, which causes the skin to twist and push sideways, pressing against the urethral wall, which is quite uncomfortable.
If this is going to fit you, ideally the tip of your member shouldn’t touch the outer bar...

Do not know if it is because my friend is a little bigger so it fits wrong but the ring sits well and the tube goes in well, but the opening on the tube has quite sharp edges that I started to bleed twice even though I was careful and used very sterile lubricant . Would recommend the other with a soft tube instead of straight and solid tube.
