Very satisfied I have not tried anything other than this, so therefore I cannot rate it in relation to others. I think the quality is really great and soft. It is easy to insert, even if it’s the first time. It may take a few tries, but I think it unfolds well. You only feel it a little. I can definitely recommend it for the price
