It is more of an inconvenience than anything. Every setting is 'creative', altering the vibration pattern over time, which disrupts concentration and prevents momentum. Why isn't there a setting that's steady where I could simply increase the intensity or speed? Overall, I would say it has a success rate of 30% in achieving its intended purpose for me.
