The rope works well for practice or for simple tying up in the bedroom, but owing to the material it cannot be used for more advanced set-ups, such as suspension, for example. It is soft against the skin, easy to clean, gives a lot, and cheap, so it is fine if you have just started and perhaps do not know if this is something for you yet. I use it primarily for practice, and for that it works fine :) Remember, safety first!

It's long enough to tie both arms and legs to the body if you're a bit frugal with how much rope you use. Bad quality rope... Is sold as 7mm thickness rope but once you put tension on it it becomes 4mm and very flat. Not possible to make any type of knots with it. If you put any tension on the knot it becomes flat and not to mention difficult to untie it. Really not suitable for any type of shibari rope play. Looks more like something you would tie your gym trousers with.
