According to the description, Sinful’s kegel balls do not have an inner ball and studies have shown that Kegel balls have little or no effect without the inner balls that create movement.

These were my first pinch balls. The bullets were quite large, larger than expected. I had imagined that they would feel "wobbly with an inner ball", but they were more of a solid heavier variety. I don't think I would buy these again, maybe a smaller one, or a geisha model.
