That’s a real shame, as it’s otherwise a superb product. I’ve contacted Sinful and will probably have it sorted soon.

Truly beyond all expectations. I was ready to give it 5 stars, but it broke during the third use. However, Sinful were very accommodating and resolved the situation well.
