For a man, the pressure is relatively strong and if the sex continues for a really long time we assume that it might start to feel uncomfortable, meaning this too shouldn’t be kept on for hours. My guy loved it and had the ears against the scrotum. Only downside is the batteries. Wish they had brought out rechargeable batteries. Turned the ears to my clitoris but they were too short.

The ring was unfortunately very small and tightened a lot, so my partner went from stiff penis to flaccid penis with the ring on, it worked really bad - if your partner has a penis that is above average, then I would not recommend this penis ring, maybe a bigger ring had worked better for us.

My boyfriend thought it was very nice, although the ring tightened quite a bit. As a woman, I found it downright uncomfortable, it's way too hard so when you bump into it, it hurts, the ears are also hard and not very nice. All in all, a disappointing toy.
