New to nipple clamps, so that might be it. But it is a bit difficult to get it to stay on the nipples. Have used on my partner who has fairly small nipples, think it may be easier for people with larger ones. They kind of fall off as soon as you don't lie completely still. But I hope that it gets better with practice!
