We've only tried it a couple of times now and have to say it's an experience. Not bad even if it burns a bit like mild chilli. Let's just say it's fiery and adds some colour to the shaft. You can dilute it a little with some other lubricant that doesn't make you completely numb, such as clit or cockhead. If she's not too keen on it, you can lubricate the penis, let it sit for a while and then wash it off again.
