It is incredibly noisy, and the material is far from realistic: It is stiff and not very nice to use. I have to admit that I had high expectations for it, but it has disappointed me greatly! Buy a Fleshlight or Tenga Flip instead, they are much better.

A good product and there is suction since the mouth seal is thicker / more durable
The seal in the product is thin and not durable, and does not get proper suction. Eg. The Donitse seal
fits this product. For example, this seal can be found on the Kaalimato website. The length of the pump adjustment is a plus. Vibrations could be a more effective but it is an appropriately sized product. I recommend it!
