I’ve been using the product for about two weeks and it works really well! It’s easy to insert and the app provides good instructions. The app shows, for example, how well you’re contracting, which makes it easier for me. Some exercises are a bit tricky when you need to contract gradually, and the game displays move quickly, but practice makes perfect! I’ve noticed that I don’t need to contract as hard when, for instance, sneezing or coughing, but the real tests will be running and using the trampoline a bit later on.
