This is incredibly good and easy to use. The pump mechanism seems very poor from the outside, but if you take it out of the outer sleeve it is easy to tighten it with the pump. The material is soft and cosy, but somewhat loose and more perforated with air bubbles than expected. Hygienic? Not sure. You can pull off bits if you pinch it. The outer sleeve does not always snap on correctly when reassembled after cleaning. It has to be put on and off several times to finally fit correctly. This toy looks and feels high quality. The feeling is the best I have had from the ~3 sex toys I have used so far. The back suction is hard to notice at first but when you "release the pressure" via the button, you immediately feel a big change! If anything could be improved, it would be an easier way to increase the pressure than having to "pump in air" in a very repetitive action.
