I probably had certain expectations for the product, which unfortunately did not live up to them. At least not when used solo, but with a partner it adds a little something extra.

The only bad thing about it is that it took me a while to realise it has two on and off buttons, and that you can’t change the intensity of the programmes. One of the off buttons is the programme button, which lets you switch between programmes but not adjust their intensity, and the other one is the Thai air pulse button. It’s a single programme, but you can change the intensity. It’s a bit of a shame that you can’t adjust the intensity of the programmes. They’re fun to use with your partner.

It’s very intense with strong vibrations, so I almost lose a bit of sensitivity when I use both functions. There’s a feeling of numbness after the strong vibration. The air pressure function is good.

I am transman, have been on testosterone therapy for several years (no surgery). Was a little worried that the hole on the satisficer would be too small because of this, but it fit perfectly. If one has become very large from testosterone, it may not be possible, but it may be worth trying. I have a hard time finding good toys that fit my anatomy but this one was really good.
