Bought this in the belief that it would really stimulate the prostate. I found it mostly uncomfortable and even though I'm quite rough, the ring was still a bit loose. However, I haven't used a penis ring before so I don't know how tight they should be. Anyway, it unfortunately felt mostly uncomfortable or rather, it didn't feel at all when it was in. Maybe I need bigger donations ;) Personally, I do not recommend this product. It was a bit "meh" actually. However, it was very well constructed. Felt solid and durable.
