These are the first rings I have tried and I can say that I had to struggle a lot to get even the largest past the balls as the rings are quite blunt. I am then as "standard" in size as one can be, but still had problems until I with google found tips to: In a standing position, pass your lowest hanging ball, then pull through as much skin as possible, followed by the second ball. Then pass through the head and pull through the rest. After some practice, I can now get the medium-sized ring on this way, but at the risk of discomfort. I was surprised at how much difference it makes with and without the ring and am happy with the purchase. However, I prefer more streaky rings that can be put on even with an erection, but these are still used from time to time. And with lubricant, you get the ring on down to the balls but not above.
